About the event
Tides of Time is a public art project in recognition of New Port Richey’s 100th anniversary with permanent mini bronze sculptures mounted throughout the downtown district on 11 historic buildings/sites.
This event is to introduce the Artist, Gillian Harper, reveal the final sculptures sketches, disclose the buildings selected, and the opportunity to invest in your community and leave your legacy with this project.
Prosecco and charcuterie provided and RST concession stand will be open.
