I will allow my name to be submitted for consideration in service to the New Port Richey Main Street, Inc.,Board; and if appointed to serve as a member of the Board of Directors, I agree to:• Attend all regular monthly board meetings, committee meetings and any special meetings •Attend Main Street Training programs within my first year of service.• Attend any board retreats/planning sessions• Have active discussion and participation in decisions affecting the downtown area and the Board •Accept responsibility for assignments and offer suggestions on programming or operations • Serveon The Board, working for its overall well-being and that of the downtown area • Seek opportunitiesto learn more about the downtown revitalization efforts and best practices • Be available to help withfundraising activities, and participate in the program's events. • Actively participate in at least one committee
