Tides of Time is a public art initiative presented by New Port Richey Main Street, Inc. in partnership with the City of New Port Richey, created in celebration of the city’s 100th anniversary. This permanent installation features a series of bronze sculptures, each measuring 8"–10" and crafted by St. Petersburg Artist Gillian Harper.

Eleven sculptures have been installed on historically significant buildings throughout downtown, each one telling a story of the city's rich past. Visitors can engage with each piece by scanning a QR code that links to a digital experience—providing historical context about the building, background on the artist, and acknowledgement of the community investors who made each sculpture possible.
